Eric Plexman - Chief Executive Office & Director
Eric Plexman brings more than 30 years experience in the management, structuring and financing of public mineral exploration companies listed on various Canadian stock exchanges. Mr. Plexman has Canadian and international experience on mineral projects ranging from grass-roots exploration to underground development.

John Carter - President & Director
As President, John brings more than 30 years of direct mining and minerals processing equipment experience to the Company. For much of his career he was President of Minpro International, a Canadian company engaged in the design, fabrication and installation of all forms of mineral processing equipment. John was also President of Oro Blanco Resources, a junior public gold and silver mining exploration company with operations in Arizona and South America.

Enzo Martone - Vice President & Director
Mr. Martone brings over 35 years of mining and financial experience to the company. From 2003 to 2010, Mr. Martone was the on-site cost controller for Cementation Canada Inc., during the shaft sinking of Goldcorp's new number three shaft. During the period from 1979 to 2000, Mr. Martone worked for Goldcorp Inc. as a Chief Assayer and Assistant Purchasing Agent. Mr. Martone has extensive experience with gold operations located in the Red Lake Ontario area including underground mining, assaying, purchasing and cost control. Mr. Martone has also worked as a Personal Financial Officer and Personal Financial Planner with the Bank of Nova Scotia. Mr. Martone received his diploma in Business Administration from Red River College in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Mr. Martone is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Gordon Reid, P. Eng - Director
Mr. Reid has been employed by Centerra Gold Inc. since 2004 and is currently the Corporate Vice President of Operations based in Toronto, Canada. Other positions with Centerra Gold Inc. included President of Kumtor Operating Company, Centerra Gold Inc.'s subsidiary in the Kyrgyz Republic, and Vice President Business Development (TSX:CG). Prior to his employment with Centerra Gold Inc., Mr. Reid worked in various capacities and locations for Rio Algom Ltd., Placer Dome Inc., and Noranda Minerals. Mr. Reid holds an MBA from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Science (Mining Engineering) from Michigan Technological University. Mr. Reid is registered as a Professional Engineer in the State of Wisconsin, USA and the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Robert Komarechka - Trueclaim Exploration Inc., Senior Project Geologist
Mr. Komarechka is a professional geologist registered in both Ontario and Alberta, a certified gemologist with the Canadian Gemmological Association and president of Bedrock Research Corp., a firm offering consulting services to the exploration industry. His 30+ years of experience has included oil and gas exploration, mineral property evaluation, acquisition, exploration project management and mine management. His experience covers a wide variety of commodities and geological environments. Past volunteer activities have included President of the Sudbury Prospectors and Developers Association, founding director of the Ontario Prospectors Association and member of the Ontario Minister's Mining Act Advisory Committee.

Lindsay Moss - Project Geologist
Lindsay Moss, B.Sc. Geo, P. Geo. graduated from Laurentian University in 2007. During her undergraduate degree she worked for Mirarco Mining Innovation, Wildcat Exploration Ltd. and Wallbridge Mining Company. After graduation, she worked on the Detour Lake Gold Deposit for both Hunter Dickenson Inc. (HDI) and Detour Lake Gold Corp. on both delineation and exploration programs. In 2008, she travelled to Australia to work in Kambalda at Lanfranchi Nickel Mines, supervising an exploratory RC/diamond drilling program. Lindsay has been working at Trueclaim Exploration since September 2009 and has played a significant role in unravelling the geological complexity of the Scadding Mine site.

Theresa MacMillan - Project Geologist
Theresa MacMillan BSc. Geo, graduated from The University of New Brunswick in 2008 and since then has been working as a project geologist. She is a member in training with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of Manitoba. During her undergraduate degree she worked for Wildcat Exploration Inc. and Strongbow Exploration Inc. After graduation Theresa spent two years working for Vale, in Thompson Manitoba. She worked on several different drill programs and projects in the Thompson Nickel Belt. In November 2010 Theresa joined Trueclaim and since then has been a vital part of the team heading up drilling at the Scadding Gold Property with Project Geologist Lindsay Moss.

Luard J. Manning, P. Eng. - Director

Mr. Manning is a mining engineer experienced with exploration, development and production projects. He has worked as a mining consultant for the last 40 years. He has experience in working in and operating underground mines in B.C., Mexico, Ontario and the N.W.T. along with small open pit mines. Mr. Manning has supervised and critiqued mine designs for both surface and underground deposits in Canada, Latin America, the United States of America, England and Australia with emphasis on the effects of design on operating economics.

Mr. Manning is an active director of Highbank Resources Ltd. (TSXV: HBK) and Montana Gold Mining Company Ltd. (CNSX: MGM). Mr. Manning has held a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from the University of British Columbia since 1951, and is registered as a Life Member of the Professional Engineers of British Columbia.

Stephen Holmes, CA - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Holmes is an experienced account with direct financial reporting and audit experience, including work in the natural resource sector.
