go there, and the principles it will uses to guide it along the way. These fundamental tenets of

Mission
The Company has the following purposes in business:
To continuously seek out and develop precious metals properties with near term production potential that can provide the Company with a growing positive cashflow.
To maximize all business opportunities through intelligent planning and consistent execution of the Company’s strategies so that they result in generating the highest possible financial returns to all shareholders.
Values
The Company follows four universal values as a guide for all of its efforts:

Diligent application of technically proven and economically feasible environmental protection measures will be exercised throughout our exploration, mining, processing and decommissioning activities to meet the objectives of legislation and to ensure the adoption of best management practices.
