Eric Plexman
Chief Executive Officer
Eric Plexman brings more than 30 years experience in the management, structuring and financing of public mineral exploration companies listed on various Canadian stock exchanges. Mr. Plexman has Canadian and international experience on mineral projects ranging from grass-roots exploration to underground development.

Enzo Martone
Vice President
From September 2003 to March 2009, Mr. Martone was the on-site cost controller for Cementation Canada Inc. and held this position during the shaft sinking of Goldcorp Inc.’s number three shaft. During the period from 1979 to 2000, Mr. Martone worked for Goldcorp Inc. as a Chief Assayer and Assistant Purchasing Agent. Mr. Martone has experience with gold mine operations located in the Red Lake, Ontario area including underground mining, assaying, purchasing and cost control. Mr. Martone has also worked as a personal banking officer and personal financial planner with the Bank of Nova Scotia. Mr. Martone received a diploma from Red River College in Winnipeg, Manitoba in Business Administration. Mr. Martone is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Joseph Giuffre, BA LLB
Director
Has over 25 years of combined experience in business and legal matters, and has a transaction-based practice in the areas of corporate finance, securities and corporate and commercial, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Giuffre has extensive experience acting for Canadian public companies with an international focus, many of which have progressed from private start-up companies to publicly listed emerging companies trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange or NASDAQ. Mr. Giuffre holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Alberta. Mr. Giuffre has been a director of Nevada Copper Corp. (TSXV:NCU) since November 2006. Since September 2007, Mr. Giuffre has been a director of Mesa Uranium Corp. (TSXV:MZU). Since April 2006, Mr. Giuffre has been the corporate secretary of Saxon Oil Company Ltd. (TSXV:SXN). Mr. Giuffre has recently been elected as a director of Kootenay Gold Inc. (TSXV: KTN).

Luard J. Manning, P. Eng.
Director
Mr. Manning is a mining engineer with extensive experience working on development and production projects. He has worked as a mining consultant for the last 40 years. Mr. Manning has personal expertise in operating underground mines, and has operated small open pit mines. Mr. Manning has supervised and critiqued engineering designs for both surface and underground deposits with emphasis on the effects of design on operating economics. He has work experience in Canada, Latin America and the United States of America, and has examined properties in England and Australia. Mr. Manning is an active director of Strikewell Energy Corp. (TSXV:SKK) and Highbank Resources Ltd. (TSXV: HBK), both junior mining companies. Mr. Manning holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from the University of British Columbia and is registered as a Professional Engineer in the Province of British Columbia.

Gordon Reid, P. Eng
Director
Mr. Reid has been the Corporate Vice President of Operations for Centerra Gold Inc. since April 1, 2009. Prior to that he was the President of Centerra Gold Inc.’s subsidiary, Kumtor Operating Company, in the Kyrgyz Republic. Mr. Reid was responsible for directing the operational, financial and safety performance of the Kumtor Gold Mine in south-eastern Krygyzstan. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Reid served as Vice President, Business Development of Centerra Gold Inc. (TSX:CG), responsible for identifying, researching and evaluating gold mining companies in Central Asia and the former Soviet Union for potential mergers and acquisitions. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Reid was the Manager of Engineering of Nicolet Minerals Company, managing all technical and regulatory aspects of permitting the proposed mining operation. Mr. Reid as a corporate consulting engineer for Rio Algom Limited provided engineering and analytical services to the corporate development, technical services and mine operations groups. Mr. Reid holds an MBA from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Science (Mining Engineering) from Michigan Technological University. Mr. Reid is registered as a Professional Engineer in the State of Wisconsin, USA and the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Steven Lee
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lee is a self-employed certified general accountant who graduated in 2002 with a designation as a Certified General Accountant from the Certified General Accounting Program.

John Carter
Director
As Senior Project Manager, John brings more than 30 years of direct mining and minerals processing equipment experience to the Company. For much of his career he was President of Minpro International, a Canadian company engaged in the design, fabrication and installation of all forms of mineral processing equipment. John was also President of Oro Blanco Resources, a junior public gold and silver mining exploration company with operations in Arizona and South America

Paul K. Cooper
Project Chief Operating Officer
Paul brings 30 years of experience in operational and financial management in both private and public companies, including extensive experience in industrial minerals. He also brings practical plant and project management experience, strategic and market planning skills, and operational analysis to the Company. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and an Ivey MBA, both from the University of Western Ontario.
